Paulstretch for Live

Performs extreme audio time-stretching by embedding libpaulstretch, a modern C++ rewrite of Nasca Octavian Paul's Paulstretch algorithm compiled to WebAssembly, with a dialog UI including a stretch-multiplier envelope editor. Requires Ableton Live 12.4.5 Suite or later; prebuilt .ablx files are provided via GitHub Releases.

Install in Live

  1. Download the .ablx file from the author's page above.
  2. In Live, open Settings → Extensions (requires Live 12 Suite, beta 12.4.5+).
  3. Drag the .ablx file into the Extensions panel.
  4. Right-click the relevant item in your Set — the extension appears in the context menu.

Extensions run once per trigger and edit your Set's structure. Only install from authors you trust — more in the guide.
